Tracy Pate and John Jones are the owners of Pate Jones Construction, Inc. A familiar story of boyhood friends growing up in a small-farm community in northeast Missouri, Tracy and John attended the same rural school and participated in sports together. Both learned the value of a strong work ethic from an early age, and are familiar with working long hours and doing "what it takes" to perform a job well. Those same values are evident in our every accomplishment since partnering to form Pate-Jones Construction in 1994. We are proud to provide quality, affordable homes to the people in Columbia, Missouri, and surrounding communities.
